Where can I use my Prepaid Card?
You can use your Prepaid Card at virtually any ATM and wherever debit cards are accepted.
It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received my Card. What should I do?
Please call Customer Service at 1.888.828.7784 to inquire about the status of your Card.
Can I use a PIN of my own choosing?
Yes. You can use any four-digit number you choose.
What should I do if I forget my PIN?
Call the Customer Service number on the back of your Card. Follow the menu prompts to create a new PIN. Your new PIN will be active immediately.
What if my Prepaid Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

What are the costs associated with my Prepaid Card?

How can I add more money to my Account?
You have the flexibility to add different types of funds by direct deposit, including tax refund, your paycheck, transferring from another bank account or by visiting a cash reload (retail reload) agent.
Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?
Yes, you can use your Card to withdraw cash from ATMs. Some types of ATMs withdrawals may be surcharge-free or even completely free of charge when you use “in-network ATMs” such as those in the Allpoint® Network – read your Fee Schedule and Transaction Limits for more information. You may find an Allpoint® Network ATM near you by clicking on "Locate ATMs" and by downloading the mobile app.
How much can I withdraw at a time?

What happens if I don’t spend all my funds available in my Account?
Any amount that is not spent will remain available to you until you spend it. Log in online or call the Customer Service number on the back of your Card at any time to access your Account balance information.
How will I know my balance or when funds have been added to my Prepaid Card?
There are four easy ways to access your balance information and transaction history:
- Via mobile app*. Download the Money Network mobile app at the App Store® or Google Play™.
- Via text message* or email. Sign up for text message or email balance alerts online or over the phone.
- Online.Visit our website to view your Account information.
- By phone. Call Customer Service to hear your balance.

Can I add another person to my Account?
No, at this time we do not support joint Accounts.

How does the Zero Liability Policy work?
Zero Liability* Policy is our guarantee that you won't be held responsible for unauthorized charges made with your account or account information. You're protected if your Visa credit or debit card is lost, stolen or fraudulently used, online or offline.
Zero Liability Policy does not apply to Visa corporate or Visa purchasing card or account transactions, or any transactions that are not processed by Visa. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, please consult your Cardholder Agreement.
*Covers U.S.-issued cards only. Does not apply to ATM transactions, certain commercial card transactions, PIN or other transactions not processed by Visa.
